Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, search queries, and device information.

We use collected information to:

- Provide dispatch and pickup services

3. Your Privacy
Exprezzzo collects personal information — including your name, email, phone number, and booking history — to provide and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information with venue partners only as necessary to fulfill your bookings, and with service providers (such as our payment processor) who act on our behalf under contractual obligations.
5. Third-Party Services
Vendors: Booking details necessary to fulfill your reservation (name, contact, booking specifics).
Payment Processors: Stripe processes payments for eligible vendors. Your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on Exprezzzo servers. For more information, see Stripe's privacy policy.
Analytics: We use analytics services to understand platform usage patterns. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Location and GPS data is retained for a maximum of 24 hours following completion of a trip or service, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted.
7. Your Rights — Nevada Residents
Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of any future sale of your covered information by contacting privacy@exprezzzo.com. We will respond within 60 days.
8. Your Rights — California Residents
If applicable under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@exprezzzo.com.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
9. General Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
