Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Exprezzzo platform ("Service"), operated by Exprezzzo Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a marketplace platform connecting travelers with local hospitality vendors in Las Vegas, including nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, shows, pools, spas, and tours. The Service facilitates bookings, dispatch services, and affiliate referrals.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create a Member account, make a booking, or access venue listings on Exprezzzo that involve alcohol service, nightlife, or age-restricted experiences. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Exprezzzo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement. Venue-specific age requirements may also apply and are displayed on each listing.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings made through the platform are subject to vendor availability and terms. Payment processing is handled by Stripe for eligible vendors. All fees, including service fees, are disclosed before confirmation. Your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on Exprezzzo servers.

5. Pay-at-Venue Bookings

For certain venues and experience types, no payment is collected by Exprezzzo at the time of booking. Instead, you confirm your reservation through the app and pay directly at the venue upon arrival. When you select a pay-at-venue option, the venue — not Exprezzzo — is responsible for processing your payment. The venue's own accepted payment methods, pricing, and refund/cancellation policies apply to that transaction.

Exprezzzo acts solely as a booking intermediary for pay-at-venue reservations and is not a party to the payment between you and the venue.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by venue and are displayed on the booking screen before you confirm. Please review the cancellation terms for each booking carefully.

For bookings paid online through Exprezzzo: If you cancel within the timeframe specified in the venue's cancellation policy, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

For pay-at-venue bookings: Because no payment is collected by Exprezzzo, refund requests must be directed to the venue.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Exprezzzo support at support@exprezzzo.com before disputing the charge with your bank. Contacting us first allows us to resolve the issue faster.

7. Entry Not Guaranteed

A confirmed reservation or booking through Exprezzzo does not guarantee admission to any venue. All venues reserve the right to refuse entry at their sole discretion based on capacity, dress code, conduct, or other policies. Exprezzzo facilitates reservations but does not control venue admission decisions.

If you are denied entry to a venue for which you paid online through Exprezzzo, contact our support team to initiate a refund request.

8. Courtesy Transportation

Select partner venues offer a complimentary pickup service for guests with confirmed bookings. This service is funded and operated by the venue or its designated transportation provider — not by Exprezzzo. Availability varies by venue, date, and time, and this service is not guaranteed.

Exprezzzo does not operate, dispatch, or control courtesy vehicles and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, route changes, or any incidents during transportation. Please confirm pickup availability directly through the app or with the venue before relying on this service.

9. Dispatch Services

Courtesy pickup services are provided by venue-affiliated drivers and are subject to availability. Dispatch is a vendor-scoped courtesy service, not a transportation network. Drivers are employed or contracted by individual venues.

10. Affiliate Program

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval. Commission rates and terms are described in the Income Disclosure Statement. Commissions are earned only after verified completion of eligible bookings. The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures with notice.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate others
• Interfere with platform operations
• Scrape or harvest data
• Violate any applicable laws

Violations may result in account termination.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to Exprezzzo Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EXPREZZZO INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
